#1 First Tip – I really got 95% went right back to sleep after checking my score and got 5 extra Nap Points. Cheating? I didn’t make the rules. 😂

#2 – Awake Time – Makes a big difference up or down. The less you are awake the better your score.

#3 – Average Scores per Age Group. I, Dan, am 75 years old. My Age Group is 65% average score which is what most people in that group get most nights because of tossing and turning to relive old age aches and pains. I am usually in the 90% now but it took me two years to slowly figure that out.

#4 – Lowest Score ever – Three night before my 100% score I got a 35% which was increased by a nap score so it was actually lower. This is my lowest score ever. Do not freak out about out occasional low scores or get overly excited about occasional high scores. Do try to learn why they might be happening. The most important part is your general trend over the weeks, months, and years.
